Rentals in Bermuda — direct from landlords
Rent Connect is Cahow's no-agent rental board. Landlords list free, renters message free, and nobody pays a finder's fee or a percentage of the first month. Every listing is posted directly by the owner. The board has just opened, so it's still filling up — list now and you're the first thing every renter sees.

What could your place rent for?
Every Bermuda home has an official Annual Rental Value (ARV) set by the Government's Land Valuation Department. It's a solid starting point — but rents have risen well past the last valuation list, so Cahow adjusts it to today's market. Enter your ARV to see a fair asking range.
Questions, answered
Does Cahow Rent Connect charge any fees?
No. It's free for landlords to list and free for renters to browse and message. There's no agent commission, no finder's fee, and no cut of the rent — you deal with each other directly. (Paid featured placement is coming for landlords who want extra visibility, but the basic listing will stay free.)
How do I list my rental?
Sign in on cahow.xyz, open the rentals section and choose "List a rental". Add the parish, monthly rent, beds and baths, a short description and photos — it takes a few minutes and goes live immediately. You can mark it rented or withdraw it any time.
What's a fair rent to ask?
Start from your property's official ARV and adjust for today's market — that's exactly what the estimate widget above does. Enter your ARV and it shows a realistic monthly range; price inside it and you'll get more replies, faster.
Listings are posted directly by property owners and are not vetted by Cahow — view in person and use normal caution before paying a deposit. Rent estimates are computer-generated from the official ARV and area trends; they are not appraisals or advice. Cahow is not a real estate agent and is not a party to any tenancy.
